We have worked hard to develop effective software applications which are easy to use. A great deal of experience with a great number of different software systems and software development has taught us that sometimes, and in particular with software development, developers can get carried away with building complex 'do everything' solutions. If software development is allowed to go on too far without regular client application tests then what can be created is a fantastic solution which is unfortunately too complex for users to understand and use effectively or a solution where the user only uses 10 - 15% of the system's capabilities !

Staffboard is our online staff noticeboard software and has a very simple purpose: To enable staff working for a business to be able to access their staff noticeboard and their own individual in tray online. This includes ( in the PRO version of our software ) staff rotas as well !

With Staffboard, an assigned staff noticeboard administrator can quickly and easily manage the business' staff member database and create and manage the online noticeboard to post notices, memos, assign tasks, create discussions and message other members of staff or find them through a comprehensive staff directory.
